Cohen & Company was founded in 1977 on the belief there had to be a better way to help businesses find success. 

What began as one man’s passion has since evolved into a firm-wide mission to serve as tax gurus, audit and compliance authorities, and holistic business advisors to our clients in the private sector and the investment industry.

A recurring member of the Inc. 5000 fastest-growing companies in America, our continued growth has resulted in more than 650 associates in 10 offices across the country.
